So, what’s the role all about?
The Partner Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational infrastructure that supports the partner ecosystem, with a focus on process management, reporting, analytics, and system enablement. This role manages the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform, ensuring partners and internal teams have a seamless, efficient, and reliable experience with partner systems and processes.
How will you make an impact?
• Manages the operational framework that supports the partner ecosystem, ensuring processes, workflows, and systems function efficiently and consistently.
• Oversees the day to day administration, configuration, and ongoing support of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform.
• Develops and maintains partner related reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support visibility into partner performance, engagement, and operational metrics.
• Ensures data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across partner systems and related tools.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams—including Partner Systems, Product, Sales, and Operations—to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoots system issues, manages PRM support requests, and works with technical teams to resolve system defects or configuration challenges.
• Documents operational processes, system configurations, and partner workflows to support continuity and scalability.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline partner operations through automation, process optimization, or improved tooling.
• Provides partners and internal stakeholders with clear guidance, training, and support on PRM functionality and related operational processes.
Have you got what it takes?
• 3–5 years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, business operations, or systems administration.
• Experience administering CRM/PRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, partner portals, or equivalent tools).
• Strong analytical skills with experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Familiarity with process workflow design and operational documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross functional teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and translate operational requirements into system configurations or enhancements.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
• Experience in partner ecosystems, channel programs, or partner‑driven business models.
• Background in data governance, system optimization, or automation workflows.
• Knowledge of integration frameworks, system architecture concepts, or API‑based system connections.
• Experience with ticketing systems or support workflows for internal platforms.
• Certifications in Salesforce administration, operations management, or data analytics.
