About the Role

NiCE is looking for an experienced Portfolio Pre-Sales Consultant to excite potential customers about its extensive portfolio and aid them in becoming a NiCE customer. This role will provide dedicated sales support to the Enterprise and SMB sales teams by exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

→Proactively identify and address customer technical needs and objections to drive new sales and account expansion
→Learn and master the NiCE software portfolio to creatively apply technology and help customers achieve their business goals
→Evaluate the technical sustainability of sales opportunities and ensure contractual obligations can be met
→Facilitate a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation by providing knowledge transfer
→Protect NiCE from technically challenging projects
→Assist the Sales team with business discussions, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
→Identify customer needs through technical benefits assessment
→Meet with prospective customers as a trusted technical advisor
→Gather field data and product feedback from customer engagements
→Provide knowledge transfer to the Sales Team and newly hired SEs
→Deliver partner enablement activities
→Build and maintain demo environments
→Assist with RFP responses
→Scope and build proofs of concept for prospective customers
→Develop detailed solution design documentation
→Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

✓Broad knowledge of call center technologies, ACD, and IVR systems
✓Broad knowledge of workforce optimization and analytics practices and technologies
✓Broad knowledge of digital self-service, messaging, and social media platforms
✓Basic knowledge of IP telephony, SIP trunk, WebRTC
✓Basic knowledge of cloud security
✓Exceptional written and verbal Japanese communication skills
✓Intermediate written and verbal English communication skills (CEFR B2+ / IELTS 5.5+)
✓Excellent interpersonal skills
✓Strong presentation skills
✓Analytical and quantitative abilities
