About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team at NICE Ltd. This role focuses on increasing productivity of our sales force and driving revenue growth in the Americas Region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collect, analyze, and report vast volumes of sales and operational data from various internal systems
- →Evaluate sales trends, records and performance by territories and product offerings
- →Present insightful business insights to the regional management team
- →Implement strategic business improvement initiatives across departments
- →Develop, track and monitor regional sales KPIs
- →Partner with sales management in supporting operational decisions
- →Evaluate economic conditions to assist in sales forecasting
Requirements
- ✓BS in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- ✓Minimum 3 years of experience in operational and business analysis
- ✓Experience collaborating with business leaders to deliver data-driven improvements
- ✓Experience in a global technology company preferred
- ✓Excellent data management and analysis capabilities
- ✓Strong presentation and communication skills
