About the Role
This role supports the DA Delivery team by familiarizing HUB processes specific to Projects, KPIs, and queries for all collection services. The specialist will execute these processes in coordination with local HUB and Delivery resources, adhering to SOPs and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Track country-level project setup with DA COE & DA Delivery and support progress tracking for each project
- →Communicate project progress to stakeholders on an aligned frequency
- →Extract data from Chrono (Power BI) to compute time spent in field, % scanning, and share questionable time spent to the field team
- →Extract store control form data and share questionable errors to QCTEs/Sr Auditors/Vendor leads
- →Access common Excel tracker for Final Inspection (FI) issues and work with IV and DA Delivery to close them
- →Work on MSDynamics queries related to Epics and data as per SOP
- →Handle NRSP requests and queries as per SOP
- →Learn Hotspot query investigations from regional Quality lead
- →Extract data for KPIs (RRES/SOS/TRD), compute them, and share with DA Delivery lead
- →Coordinate data for PMFV (RRES/SOS/TRD) with DA Delivery lead and PMFV team
- →Familiarize physical back check process for all services
- →Handle Queries from Data Science (GDDC) on Common block checks
- →Handle Queries from Commercial team for SOS & TRD studies
- →Support extraction and organization of photos for photo checking
- →Learn about A2S/POS vendors, crowdsourcing, and Asset operations
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of project management principles
- ✓Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- ✓Proficiency in MS Dynamics and Power BI
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to work with local teams and vendors
- ✓Familiarity with SOPs and SLAs
- ✓Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
