About the Role

Our Customer Success Analysts are vital to NielsenIQ’s success, working with major brands and retailers to provide data-driven insights that help clients grow their business. This role involves creating and presenting analyses based on world-class datasets across various industries including Health and Beauty, Beers, Wine and Spirits, and Grocery.

Key Responsibilities

→Work as part of the FMCG Customer Success team within the Retailer division
→Develop and maintain strong relationships with both client and internal stakeholders
→Identify key client business issues and translate them into analytical briefs
→Deliver outstanding analysis and insight to clients
→Develop and deliver account plans to support client business objectives
→Identify opportunities through day-to-day client engagements

Requirements

✓Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time
✓Confident numerically and ability to analyze data confidently
✓Experience working in an analytical environment
✓Problem-solving and solutions-oriented approach
✓Engaging presenter with strong verbal and written communication skills
✓Good at building relationships, internally and with clients
✓Understanding of the FMCG industry and trends
✓Capable of leveraging tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
