About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insights & Content Specialist to support our SA&I sales teams in engaging prospects and clients through insight-driven content and data storytelling. This role focuses on turning data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

→Draft, plan, and execute email campaign strategies aligned with global and regional objectives to achieve campaign outcomes and predefined KPIs
→Support sales representatives in the maintenance and management of their CRM outreach campaigns
→Assist in developing insight-led stories to help the Western European SA&I sales teams engage with prospects and clients
→Help draft insights using SA&I and NielsenIQ data to support marketing content and thought leadership materials
→Assist in preparing and customising client presentations, ensuring they are engaging and informative
→Maintain and organise sales content, ensuring sales teams have access to relevant materials
→Assist in researching market trends, competitor insights, and industry data to enhance sales strategies
→Support Sales representatives in lead management and maintenance
→Contribute to creating compelling presentations using data visualisation and storytelling techniques

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
✓0-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in market research, insights, or analytics
✓Strong analytical mindset and numerical skills
✓Basic understanding of data analysis and visualisation tools
✓High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
✓Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
✓Familiarity with B2B marketing or market research
✓Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Dynamics, or PowerBI is a plus
✓Knowledge of NielsenIQ data or similar market research tools is a plus
