About the Role
The Operations Manager will lead a large team and oversee project work to ensure high-quality data for client insights. This role requires understanding local market conditions and executing country-specific work while engaging with partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the team and ensure production cycles are delivered on time and with defined quality standards.
- →Handle productivity and automation targets, ensuring timely delivery.
- →Engage with the team to resolve technical challenges and ensure new tool enhancements are well understood.
- →Manage incident handling, including communication of errors, risks, and recovery actions to stakeholders.
- →Own the RCA process and work with the team to provide actionable analysis of incidents.
- →Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, provide precise project updates, and manage client queries efficiently.
- →Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), exception logs, and process documentation.
- →Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and automation to improve productivity.
- →Ensure the high quality of the setup used in various markets reported by Nielsen and analyze potential data concerns.
- →Participate in development and drive standardization and process efficiency for method-related processes.
- →Collaborate with Statistical Operations, Panel Data, and Market Data to improve data quality and drive business process improvements.
- →Provide technical and process expertise for the deployment of the Consumer Information Platform (CIP).
- →Prepare accurate KPI tracking to monitor and improve quality performance.
- →Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues.
Requirements
- ✓Deep understanding of local market conditions and operations processes.

- ✓Experience in driving operational excellence across production cycles, data quality, and process efficiency.
