About the Role
You will serve as a global business partner and governance lead supporting NIQ’s most strategic clients, handling complex DSci-related inquiries and escalations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a strategic business partner to Commercial, Product, and Operations leaders
- →Structure and oversee handling of complex DSci-related inquiries and escalations
- →Provide authoritative technical and methodological guidance to internal teams and clients
- →Hold regional teams accountable for consistent application of DSci methodologies
- →Identify recurring themes and systemic risk drivers across markets
- →Partner with Methods, Product, and Operations to drive coordinated solutions
- →Promote global consistency in interpretation of projection, weighting, estimation, and tolerance frameworks
- →Contribute to evolution of standardized escalation governance processes
Requirements
- ✓Experience in supporting strategic global clients
- ✓Strong understanding of DSci methodologies and statistical standards
- ✓Ability to drive cross-regional alignment and identify recurring themes
- ✓Experience with escalation governance processes and documentation frameworks
