We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join NIQ's Customer Success Team. This role focuses on delivering world-class insights and reports to clients while striving for high levels of Customer Satisfaction and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver analytics & insights services and conduct tactical client training for Guided Analytics & CMI products
- →Deliver flawless research and analytics to clients
- →Identify opportunities through day-to-day client engagements
- →Maintain strong working knowledge of client business priorities
- →Craft compelling insights and deliver actionable recommendations to help clients grow their business
