About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Commercial Platforms Team. This role focuses on supporting the development of Nine’s mission-critical programming and broadcast fulfillment engine (Phoenix).

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for Phoenix features, from initial discovery and user story creation to launch and post-launch optimisation.
→Evaluate and map workflows to ensure seamless integration of programming and rights management requirements and business processes.
→Facilitate grooming sessions and maintain a prioritised backlog with clear, actionable acceptance criteria for your dedicated engineering squad.
→Partner with Engineers and QE to manage software development processes, including the conceptual design of APIs, data models, and system integrations.
→Apply clear frameworks to manage competing business needs and maintain a high-velocity, high-impact roadmap.
→Contribute delivery insights and stakeholder feedback to the overall Programming & Rights Management System (PRMS) vision and the broader commercial strategy.
→Define key metrics and analyse post-launch data to identify areas for iterative improvement, ensuring the platform delivers the expected value to the business.
