About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Entitlements & Offerings team within the Consumer Platform's Commerce portfolio. This team plays a central role in Nine's consumer revenue strategy, responsible for platforms that define customer access and purchasing capabilities across all Nine digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- →Mentor and coach engineers, supporting their professional development and career growth
- →Act as an enabler for the team, removing roadblocks and ensuring they have necessary resources
- →Lead the team in designing, building, and maintaining core subscription and billing services
- →Translate business requirements into technical solutions in partnership with Product Managers and designers
- →Drive the technical roadmap for the Entitlements & Offerings team
- →Own the technical architecture and delivery for core capabilities including Offer Management, Pricing Management, Market Configuration, Feature Management, and Bundle Management
- →Oversee project delivery to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and of high quality
- →Champion engineering best practices including agile methodologies and DevOps principles
- →Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners across the business
