About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineering Intern to join our engineering team at Nium. This is not a passive internship; you will be actively involved in real software development projects that impact our global payments infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work alongside engineers on real features and tickets that end up in production
- →Get hands-on with internal tooling and projects that the team depends on
- →Participate in standups, sprint planning, and code reviews
- →Ask questions, experiment safely, and learn how a fintech scales
Requirements
- ✓Currently studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field at University of Malta or MCAST
- ✓Genuine curiosity about software development, both in theory and practice
- ✓Ability to write code in any programming language
- ✓Desire to be an active participant rather than an observer
