About the Role
We are looking for an HRBP to join Nivoda, a company transforming the diamond and jewelry industry with its digital marketplace. This role will be instrumental in delivering a best-in-class HR experience, from onboarding to performance management and development. The HRBP will optimise and scale HR practices to align with Nivoda’s ambitious growth trajectory, fostering an environment where employees thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement people-centric programs across the employee lifecycle
- →Ensure HR operations comply with regional regulations
- →Evaluate and implement tools and technologies to optimise HR processes
- →Design and execute initiatives to foster employee engagement
- →Partner with leaders across departments to understand business needs
- →Act as a trusted advisor to the VP People and senior leadership
- →Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
- →Establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements
- ✓5 - 7 years in HR or related roles with expertise in global HR practices
- ✓Proven experience in high-growth organisations
- ✓Strong knowledge of HR systems, compliance, and analytics
- ✓Exceptional project management skills
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Experience working with distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Asia
- ✓Background in luxury, technology, or fast-paced global industries
- ✓Demonstrated success in scaling HR programs to align with organisational growth
