About the Role
Nooks is seeking its first FP&A Analyst to play a critical role in owning the data, analysis, and forecasts behind the company's financial plan and strategic decision-making. This is a high-visibility role that supports company initiatives and delivers forward-looking financial analyses.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain financial models and analytical frameworks that support KPI management, unit economics, and strategic decisions
- →Lead the automation of FP&A processes and reporting using AI and other resources
- →Create clear reports and presentations that translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- →Work with the accounting team on variance analysis and identifying new areas of focus
- →Drive the annual and long-term operating plans including ARR, cash flow, and scenario planning
Requirements
- ✓2-5+ years of experience in SaaS FP&A or Corporate Finance
- ✓Excel and Google Sheets expertise, with SQL, PowerBI, or Looker experience a plus
- ✓Experience working with AI tools in a Finance role
- ✓Strong analytical judgment and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally with company leadership and various teams
- ✓Ability to operate independently as a remote role
