Main Responsibilities • Own problems end-to-end — from idea to production • Ship features without waiting for perfect specs • Work directly with product, design, data, and other engineers • Operate in small, highly autonomous teams • Use AI agents for specs, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration • Improve our internal agent network and development workflows • Move across the stack when needed • Focus on user and business outcomes, not output Core Requirements • 5+ years of backend development experience building something real (product, system, tool, startup, side project, meaningful feature) • Experience with Go or strong desire to switch • You like autonomy more than process • You enjoy working across layers instead of staying in one box • You think in problems and outcomes, not tickets • You challenge solutions and propose better ones • You are detached from your code — impact matters more • You can learn new technologies quickly • You are curious about AI and excited to work with agents Nice to Have • Previous experience in working with K8s and microservice architecture • Previous experience as a fullstack developer • Advanced proficiency in Agentic Prompt Engineering and the ability to contribute to the model governance and fine-tuning for mobile-specific tasks • Establish and enforce AI-assisted code security and quality standards for agent-generated features Tools You Will Use • Backend: Go, MySQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Redis • Frontend: Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, Tailwind CSS, Cloudflare Workers • AI tools: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, OpenCode, Cursor with Composer Salary Range • Salary Gross: 27,000 — 37,500 PLN/month What We Offer   Innovate with industry leaders Work alongside global experts to build world-leading cybersecurity tools, impacting millions of users around the world.   Learn & grow Boost your skills via our extensive training programs (online and offline) & other resources.
