About the Role
Join the Notification Center Team at Nord Security to craft and maintain microservices that drive in-app notification delivery. You'll help millions take back control of their online security and privacy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and develop improvements to microservices that handle substantial volume of requests per minute with scalability, stability, and security as top priorities
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of microservices across NordVPN's suite of products
- →Mentor colleagues and provide technical guidance, promoting development best practices
- →Shape the team's vision and contribute to long-range goals
- →Engage in R&D operations to explore and adopt cutting-edge technologies
- →Foster smooth communication and collaboration between team members and other professionals
- →Participate in discussions, rethink ideas, and embrace redesigns that lead to shared success
Requirements
- ✓Great experience working with backend technologies, ideally with Go or PHP
- ✓Knowledge of system design patterns and when to use them
- ✓Previous experience with REST, MQTT, K8s, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, VerneMQ, Docker, Kubernetes and microservice architecture
- ✓Passion for building well-documented, secure, and easy-to-understand APIs
