About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. This role focuses on conversion rate optimization and data analysis to help improve user experiences and drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with CRO specialists, copywriters, designers, developers and other analysts to create compelling experiments
- →Participate in the entire CRO cycle from idea generation to implementation and analysis
- →Analyze experiment data and metrics to draw conclusions and make suggestions
- →Build dashboards and present findings across multiple devices, websites and user segments
- →Provide decision support for key business people and product development teams using data analysis
- →Analyze and optimize conversion funnels to drive increases in conversion rates and revenue
- →Improve and automate processes, develop supporting code, and research efficiency options
Requirements
- ✓Communicative, initiative, problem-solving attitude and team player
- ✓Proven experience in data analysis and analytics tools
- ✓Strong logic and ability to derive patterns of consumer behavior from data
- ✓Understanding of web analytics and conversion optimization using tools like Google Analytics
- ✓Experience in performing A/B/MV testing, usability tests or user research
- ✓Solid understanding and experience of SQL (Google BigQuery as an advantage)
- ✓Understanding and experience with business intelligence platforms (Looker as an advantage)
- ✓Solid understanding of statistics, probability, distributions, hypothesis testing, Bayesian statistics
- ✓Ability to communicate and use data visualization techniques effectively
