About the Role
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join NordLayer's Marketing department. This role involves defining and leading partnerships strategy while managing a high-performing team to drive growth and user acquisition through strategic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and lead partnerships strategy including planning, execution, and performance management
- →Lead and manage the Partnerships team, fostering collaboration and high performance
- →Collaborate with internal marketing, product, design, and data teams to strengthen growth
- →Participate in negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- →Manage day-to-day operations, tools, processes, and resources for team efficiency
- →Track key metrics, analyze data to inform decisions, and optimize performance
- →Constantly seek innovations in channels, niches, funnels, and opportunities
Requirements
- ✓3+ years experience in affiliate partnerships/account management and online marketing
- ✓Proven track record of closing strategic deals and hitting ambitious targets
- ✓Experience in leading high-performing teams
- ✓Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities
- ✓Strong negotiation and clear, confident communication skills
- ✓Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- ✓Working knowledge of digital marketing disciplines: CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, social media
- ✓Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
- ✓Strong analytical skills and confidence with data analysis
