About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner to join NordProtect, Nord Security's latest identity theft protection service. This role involves overseeing product development, managing stakeholders, and leading a team of system analysts and product designers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee and further develop a product that handles personally identifiable information with the highest level of security
- →Align objectives, expectations, and timelines among developers, designers, and business stakeholders
- →Manage the product backlog and team priorities
- →Monitor product performance and customer behavior, identifying areas for improvement
- →Work closely with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market
- →Lead and coach the team to produce clear, high-quality functional requirements
- →Act as the primary point of contact within the product team for all questions
- →Ensure transparency and visibility of initiatives, providing regular updates on progress
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- ✓Previous experience in the insurance or financial industries is a plus
- ✓Ability to independently navigate an ambiguous environment
- ✓A proactive approach to raising challenges and identifying solutions
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Fluency in English
