About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join NordProtect, a company building a complete identity theft protection service. This role will support marketing activities and initiatives for Nord Security's latest product, which combines dark web monitoring, credit tracking, and identity theft insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels to support marketing activities and initiatives
- →Contribute to the development of new marketing channel ideas, test concepts, and execute launches
- →Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, evaluate trade-offs, and balance business needs against constraints
- →Develop and manage project plans, define success criteria, and track project milestones
- →Facilitate project-related team meetings, communicate action items, shield the team from distractions, and maintain focus on priorities
- →Manage, organize, and distribute all project documentation, including creative briefs, strategic plans, status reports, deliverables lists, and post-project retrospectives
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing
- ✓Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technical concepts
- ✓Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to engage, support, and influence effectively
- ✓Ability to adapt quickly and shift between hands-on execution and project management responsibilities
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with stakeholders of varying seniority levels
- ✓Strong sense of ownership, exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively while meeting deadlines
