About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Mid-Senior Developer to build and maintain security monitoring tools and automation systems. This is a hands-on role where you will design, develop, and deploy tools that help identify security risks, monitor infrastructure, and automate security workflows. You will work on diverse projects including vulnerability scanners, monitoring dashboards, and automation pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build security tools including vulnerability scanners, monitoring systems, and automation scripts
- →Design and implement distributed systems for large-scale scanning and data processing
- →Integrate with external APIs, security tools, and data sources
- →Create web interfaces for tools and dashboards
- →Work with databases including schema design, query optimization, and data pipeline management
- →Write reliable code with proper error handling, retry logic, and logging
- →Deploy and maintain tools in production using containers and Kubernetes
- →Adapt quickly to learn new technologies, tools, and security concepts
Requirements
- ✓3-5+ years of professional software development experience
- ✓Strong proficiency in Python or Golang (both is a plus)
- ✓Full-stack mindset comfortable with backend, APIs, databases, and basic frontend
- ✓Experience building tools from scratch, not just maintaining existing codebases
- ✓Database skills including SQL, ORM (SQLAlchemy or similar), and query optimization
- ✓API development experience with REST APIs and working with external APIs
- ✓Strong problem-solving ability to figure things out independently
- ✓Good understanding of networking basics (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP)
