About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Nord Security's Talent Acquisition department. This role involves full cycle recruitment and building strong teams based on company values and key competencies.

Key Responsibilities

→Be responsible for the full cycle recruitment
→Conduct HR (competency-based) interviews to identify candidates' cultural and professional fit
→Collaborate and support hiring managers in all aspects of the recruitment cycle
→Be an expert on company products and have a deep understanding of hiring needs
→Analyze and work with recruitment data
→Investigate new ideas and implement them at the team or company level
→Build and maintain a network of professional relationships to develop a highly qualified candidate pool

Requirements

✓3+ years of successful recruiting experience, including use of recruitment tools and social platforms
✓Strong understanding of recruitment metrics with a data-driven and analytical approach
✓Highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to track and optimize performance
✓Clear and effective communicator, fluent in English
✓Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude with an eagerness to try new ideas
✓Flexible and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments
