About the Role
We are looking for a Web Designer to join the Saily team, focusing on creating engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure seamless user experiences. This role involves working with design systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and consistency across our website.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure a seamless experience
- →Deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs
- →Maintain and expand the design system in a strategic and sustainable way
- →Analyze current website patterns and flows to suggest UX/UI improvements
- →Work closely with engineers, content managers, copywriters, and other stakeholders
- →Suggest new ideas for improving the user experience
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in web design with a portfolio showcasing expertise
- ✓Proficiency in Figma and staying up-to-date with latest features
- ✓Experience working with design systems
- ✓Keen eye for detail and passion for pixel-perfect UI and intuitive experiences
- ✓Ability to autonomously identify problems and implement improvements
- ✓Experience with A/B testing solutions
- ✓Great communication, presentation skills, and critical thinking
- ✓Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and maintain ownership
- ✓Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with all stakeholders
- ✓Fluency in English
