About the Role
We are looking for a Web Designer to join Saily, the creators of Lonely Planet’s #1 eSIM. You will help travelers stay securely connected while traveling in over 200 countries.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure a seamless user experience
- →Deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs
- →Maintain and expand the design system in a strategic and sustainable way
- →Analyze current website patterns and flows and suggest web UX/UI improvements
- →Work closely with engineers, content managers, copywriters, and other stakeholders
- →Suggest new ideas for improving the user experience
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in web design with a portfolio showcasing expertise in creating engaging web pages
- ✓Proficiency in Figma and staying up-to-date with its latest features
- ✓Experience working with design systems
- ✓Keen eye for detail and passion for creating pixel-perfect UI and intuitive user experiences
- ✓Ability to autonomously identify problems and implement improvements
- ✓Experience with A/B testing solutions
- ✓Great communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads
- ✓Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with stakeholders
- ✓Fluency in English.
