About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Product Design to lead the design vision and strategy at Norm Ai, a leading Legal & Compliance AI company. This role involves building and scaling a design team that works in genuinely new ways with AI integration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead design at Norm Ai, setting the vision and strategy across all product verticals
- →Build and scale the team around what's now possible with AI
- →Drive cross-functional influence in product strategy, go-to-market, and client conversations
- →Set the quality bar through craft and experimentation with emerging AI concepts
- →Define what an AI-native design team looks like and integrate AI agents into the design process
Requirements
- ✓8+ years in product design with experience as a senior or sole design leader
- ✓3+ years building and managing design teams
- ✓Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Real experience designing AI products
- ✓A genuine conviction that AI changes how design teams should work
- ✓B2B experience, ideally in regulated industries
