In this high-visibility role, you will lead institution-wide marketing efforts, including advertising, creative strategy, digital and social media marketing, and brand execution. You’ll bring big-picture thinking and hands-on leadership to ensure our marketing initiatives drive enrollment, strengthen brand awareness, and highlight the incredible work happening across our campuses.

You’ll also oversee a talented team, including the Director of Digital Communications and Marketing Communications Specialist, and play a central role in developing compelling content for NECC’s marketing and digital platforms.

💼 What You’ll Lead 📈 Marketing Strategy & Execution • Drive integrated marketing initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with NECC’s mission and goals. 💻 Social Media Strategy & Digital Presence • Enhance our digital footprint across platforms through engaging content, impactful campaigns, and smart channel strategy. 📊 Research & Analysis • Use data, insights, and market research to refine campaigns, strengthen messaging, and measure impact. 🤝 Public Relations Collaboration & Support • Partner closely with PR to amplify stories, support media efforts, and maintain a strong, cohesive brand voice.
