About the Role

The Program Manager, Partnerships and Sustainability will lead efforts to strengthen partners by managing a dedicated project team to consult with community-based organizations and bring forward expertise to expand capabilities and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage and support a team to consult with community-based organizations for project intake and prioritization
→Facilitate cross collaboration with disciplines supporting community-based organization projects
→Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
→Design, teach, and coach others in project management skills including DMAIC, Lean, and change management
→Provide coaching to community-based organizations on project work
→Advocate for project management process improvements and stay current with best practices
→Document and reinforce key activities demonstrating project support to community organizations
→Leverage expertise (clinical, quality, financial, technical) to support community-based projects
→Develop and manage project budgets, resource allocation, information distribution, and performance reporting
→Apply standard project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
→Utilize project management tools for planning, procurement, and budgeting
→Participate in analyst activities including requirements analysis and solution definition
→Manage day-to-day project operations and scope while minimizing risk
→Prepare deliverables for leadership approval and maintain project documentation
→Establish effective communication mechanisms for project status updates
→Work within project budgets aligned with organizational financial plans
→Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and team members
→Create and execute project work plans that adapt to changing needs

Requirements

✓Proficiency in data and reporting skills with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) and Power BI
✓Experience with project management methodologies including DMAIC, Lean, and change management
✓Strong communication and facilitation skills for working with diverse stakeholders
✓Ability to manage budgets, resources, and project scope
✓Experience with project management tools and documentation
✓Leadership skills to guide project teams and resolve issues
✓Ability to adapt project plans to meet changing requirements
