About the Role
NORY is NYC’s largest STEM education company for early childhood learners (ages 3-12). We are hiring our Inaugural Chief of Staff to act as a true extension of the CEO, ensuring critical work moves forward at the same standard even when the CEO is not in the room.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a direct extension of the CEO, representing them in internal meetings and communicating decisions with clarity and authority
- →Ensure meetings turn into outcomes by tracking decisions, assigning ownership, and closing loops relentlessly
- →Manage the CEO’s calendar, information flow, and preparation to protect focus on the highest-impact priorities
- →Drive execution across the organization, leading initiatives related to organizational execution, leadership alignment, and customer experience
- →Make priority and scheduling tradeoffs on behalf of the CEO, communicating decisions without requiring constant approval
