About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain all of our IT systems. This role ensures our infrastructure is reliable, secure, and up-to-date, supporting healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide on-site technical support to staff including access management, onboarding, and offboarding
- →Manage IT systems using Google Workspace, Apple laptops with JAMF, and PCs with Intune
- →Handle facility IT management including Cisco Meraki, power to desks, keyboard, video, mouse setup, and conference room A/V configurations
- →Work with customer delivery teams to integrate our product with customers’ IT teams
- →Manage routing and access control lists with Tailscale
- →Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- →Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in managing IT systems
- ✓Experience with Google Workspace, Terraform, and JAMF
- ✓Experience with Intune, Duo, Azure, Google Cloud networking, Tailscale, and Apple hardware
- ✓Experience with setting up and managing site-to-site VPNs
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Experience with healthcare or other regulated industries
