About the Role
We're expanding across Europe and are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to lead our growth in the Benelux region. As our first Enterprise Account Executive in the region, you'll establish Notion's presence and build long-term customer relationships from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts in the Benelux region
- →Build market presence and establish Notion as a trusted partner for digital transformation
- →Engage with senior stakeholders, including CTOs and IT leaders, to develop tailored AI-led solutions
- →Deliver compelling product demos and business cases that address pain points across departments
- →Negotiate commercial terms and pricing in line with strategic account planning
- →Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver localized messaging and customer success
- →Be the local voice of the customer, bringing market insights to Product and Go-to-Market teams
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, with a proven ability to close six-figure SaaS deals
- ✓Track record of success selling into large, multi-stakeholder accounts across Benelux
- ✓Strong business acumen, executive presence, and storytelling ability
- ✓Experience selling in under-penetrated markets or operating as the first rep in-region
- ✓Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure where little exists
- ✓Passion for collaboration, product-led growth, and changing how companies work together
- ✓Fluent in Dutch & English
- ✓Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
