About the Role
We're expanding across Europe and are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to lead our growth in the Meddit region. As our first Enterprise Account Executive in Madrid, you'll establish Notion's presence and build long-term customer relationships from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts in the Meddit region
- →Build market presence and establish Notion as a trusted partner for digital transformation
- →Engage with senior stakeholders to develop tailored AI-led solutions
- →Deliver compelling product demos and business cases
- →Negotiate commercial terms and pricing
- →Partner cross-functionally with internal teams
- →Be the local voice of the customer to influence roadmap and strategy
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience
- ✓Proven ability to close six-figure SaaS deals
- ✓Track record of success selling into large, multi-stakeholder accounts
- ✓Strong business acumen and executive presence
- ✓Experience selling in under-penetrated markets
- ✓Comfort navigating ambiguity
- ✓Passion for collaboration and product-led growth
- ✓Fluent in Spanish & English
- ✓Willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter
