About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Experience Enablement Leader to join our User Operations team at Notion. As our customer base expands, we need a leader to ensure high-quality support and product education for all users, from individuals to enterprise-level clients.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the CX Enablement function for User Operations, setting vision and strategy for internal learning, training, knowledge management, and launch readiness
→Build and grow a high-performing team, including recruiting, mentoring, and establishing clear role expectations
→Provide strategic guidance to instructional designers for scalable training programs
→Oversee development and maintenance of CX knowledge bases and playbooks
→Leverage AI workflows to drive efficiency and automate tasks
→Track and report on core CX metrics, partnering with regional leaders to implement targeted interventions
→Manage sprint planning, prioritization, and the enablement budget
→Develop a framework for CX launch readiness and coach the team to execute it
→Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team

Requirements

✓8+ years of experience in CX enablement, support operations, or customer experience management
✓Success creating and scaling customer support training programs and knowledge management systems
✓Familiarity with CX knowledge management best practices
✓Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and leveraging AI technologies
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
✓Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
✓Experience working across global offices and optimizing for cultural nuance
✓Track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
