About the Role
We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join Notion, a platform that helps teams manage their work efficiently. This founding role will help define and scale onboarding solutions across customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver structured onboarding engagements using standardized packages
- →Configure customer workspaces using proven patterns
- →Run onboarding workshops and trainings to help teams adopt Notion
- →Create and maintain onboarding assets like templates and guides
- →Identify friction points and improve onboarding packages
- →Partner with Sales and CS to align on customer goals
- →Provide guidance on workspace architecture and security
- →Share customer insights to inform product improvements
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in technical consulting or implementation
- ✓Strong project management skills for managing multiple client engagements
- ✓Experience in change management and user adoption
- ✓Excellence in stakeholder management and relationship building
- ✓Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- ✓Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience with SaaS platforms and technical concepts
- ✓Proven track record of successful customer implementations
