About the Role
We’re hiring a Program Manager to help scale Notion’s global assessment ecosystem. This role focuses on bringing a global lens and cohesive approach to how Notion designs and runs interviews. You’ll drive hiring initiatives including interviewer training, structured interviews, and AI-powered assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design Notion’s global assessment ecosystem, including structured interview standards and assessment frameworks
- →Oversee interviewer and hiring manager enablement through training programs and quality improvement
- →Reimagine interview assessments with AI, designing experiences and governance frameworks
- →Build scalable onboarding and enablement programs for recruiters
- →Support internal mobility efforts across Notion
- →Drive high-impact recruiting programs to strengthen Notion’s hiring engine
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in program management, recruiting operations, or talent strategy
- ✓Systems thinking to design scalable frameworks and programs
- ✓Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- ✓High agency and builder mindset to identify gaps and drive solutions
- ✓Strong stakeholder influence with senior leaders
