About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join Notion's growing team. This role focuses on working with Commercial segment customers to help them evaluate, pilot, and launch Notion to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Account Executives on customer engagements across the Commercial segment
- →Lead discovery, design solution approaches in Notion, and deliver tailored product demos
- →Advise on integrations and basic technical topics such as SSO/SAML, SCIM, and admin controls
- →Answer product and technical questions and support security and procurement reviews
- →Create proof-of-concepts and example workspaces that showcase Notion's capabilities
- →Capture and communicate product feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- →Contribute enablement content for the sales team
- →Document repeatable patterns and best practices
Requirements
- ✓2+ years in a customer-facing technical role
- ✓Experience supporting mid-market or Commercial deals, ideally at a SaaS company
- ✓Ability to explain APIs and integrations at a conceptual level
- ✓Familiarity with identity and security concepts
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Solid project coordination skills
- ✓Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
