About the Role
We are looking for a Korean-English Solutions Engineer to join Notion's sales organization. This role involves working with customers to integrate Notion with their existing tech stack and provide technical guidance throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with sales team on customer engagements
- →Respond to advanced product and technical questions
- →Provide technical guidance to customers
- →Showcase custom solutions with Notion
- →Curate product feedback for the Product and Engineering teams
- →Work with marketing to refine technical narrative
- →Educate the sales organization on product updates
- →Document technical considerations and contribute to knowledge bases
Requirements
- ✓4+ years as Technical Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect
- ✓Deep understanding of generative AI technologies
- ✓Experience with APIs for advanced customer workflows
- ✓Experience with third-party integrations for IAM/SSO, DLP, or SIEM platforms
- ✓Strong project management experience
- ✓Native level Korean, business level English
