About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst to join Novig, America's #1 sports prediction market. This role focuses on driving growth through paid social advertising across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, and X.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
→Implement and QA conversion events, configure CAPI and server-side integrations
→Analyze performance data to guide optimization strategies
→Design and execute structured A/B tests to improve campaign performance
→Troubleshoot attribution or data discrepancies

Requirements

✓Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, and X advertising platforms
✓Strong understanding of conversion optimization across platforms
✓Technical ability to handle end-to-end tracking
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with live sports
