About the Role
This is a hands-on product marketing role for someone who wants to grow in a fast-moving AI infrastructure company. As Product Marketing Manager, you will support the development and execution of positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and market insight across Nscaleβs product portfolio.
Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, youβll work closely with Product, Sales, Content, Demand Generation, Partnerships, and technical subject matter experts to bring clarity and consistency to how we go to market. Youβll help turn complex technical capabilities into customer-facing narratives, content, and enablement materials that support pipeline growth and product adoption.
This role is well suited to someone with strong writing and research skills, good commercial instincts, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while learning quickly in a highly technical environment.
Responsibilities
β’ Support major product launches at Nscale, bringing together stakeholders from across the organisation to achieve success in tight timelines.
β’ Support product positioning and messaging development for key Nscale products, services, and launches
β’ Help translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions, use cases, and customer-facing narratives.
β’ Develop and maintain technical documentation, including guides, memos, descriptions and datasheets that explains our product and processes for a range of audiences.
β’ Create and maintain core sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs, and talk tracks.
β’ Work with Product, Engineering, and SMEs to understand roadmap developments and turn them into market-ready messaging.
β’ Support website and product page updates by helping develop copy, proof points, and supporting assets.
β’ Conduct market, competitor, and customer research and synthesize findings into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
β’ Help build and maintain messaging frameworks, persona summaries, and industry/use-case narratives.
β’ Partner with Content and Demand Generation to ensure campaigns and thought leadership align with product positioning.
β’ Support development of customer stories, proof points, analyst inputs, and other evidence that strengthens Nscaleβs market credibility.
β’ Track and organize competitive intelligence, launch materials, and enablement resources so they stay current and easy to use.
β’ Assist with internal readiness for launches by helping coordinate messaging, assets, training, and stakeholder communications.
β’ Measure and report on the performance of product marketing assets and activities, using insights to improve future work.
Qualifications
β’ 2-5 years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, content marketing, solutions marketing, or a related role.
β’ Experience working in B2B technology, ideally in cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, AI, developer tools, or other technical product categories.
β’ Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear and relevant for different audiences.
β’ Good commercial awareness and understanding of how messaging supports pipeline, sales conversations, and product adoption.
β’ Experience creating go-to-market content such as decks, webpages, one-pagers, briefs, or sales enablement materials.
β’ Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
β’ Strong research and synthesis skills, including competitive analysis and message distillation.
β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Confidence operating with ambiguity and adapting as priorities evolve.
