About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join Nubank's Procurement team. This role focuses on creating and maintaining a comprehensive KPI tracking framework and utilizing data analysis to improve procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the creation and establishment of a comprehensive Procurement KPI tracking framework
→Proactively identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements through data analysis
→Contribute to financial and Procurement data reporting for various stakeholders
→Engage with stakeholders across the organization to map data sources
→Develop and maintain datasets in BI and Data tools
→Design and implement dashboards to provide actionable insights
→Utilize SQL and other programming languages to analyze large datasets

Requirements

✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
✓Proficiency in SQL, Scala and/or Python for data analysis
✓Experience with data visualization tools
✓Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams
✓Practical knowledge on documentation techniques and project management tools
✓Experience with financial technologies and understanding of financial statements
✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
✓Intermediate English; Spanish is a beneficial addition
