About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Operations professional to join Nubank's Product Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and providing a smooth customer experience for our financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure operational excellence, quality assurance, process automation, and continuous improvement
- →Turn insights into actionable initiatives
- →Align local and global stakeholders effectively
- →Implement new tools and customer experience-related programs
- →Own a roadmap from end to end, evaluating priorities and assessing tradeoffs
- →Translate business and operational needs into high-level backlog items
- →Track and report critical operational business metrics
- →Bridge the gap between global and local teams
- →Manage critical supplier dependencies
- →Influence discussions with regulatory bodies
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in similar roles
- ✓Proven leadership skills
- ✓Fluent or native Spanish and English
- ✓Genuine curiosity about a technical ecosystem supporting products
- ✓Overall business acumen
- ✓Capacity to navigate ambiguous situations
- ✓Outstanding communication skills
- ✓Demonstrable track record of stakeholder management
