About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our growing crypto team at Nubank. You will help shape experiences that make crypto genuinely accessible and serve as a technical reference for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be a technical reference for the team, adapting and replicating best practices in the market
- →Build links with other business areas, influencing business decisions with user-centered design
- →Inspire fellow product designers by creating high-quality design work
- →Establish and promote a healthy team culture with cross-functional partners
- →Push the boundaries of UX/UI/visual execution to challenge the status quo
Requirements
- ✓Solid expertise in Product Design (UI, UX, and Research)
- ✓Experience in digital products
- ✓Excellent English communication skills
- ✓Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- ✓Ability to influence prioritization in an agile environment
