Nudge is seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our team developing non-invasive, ultrasound-based brain interface technology. You will source highly technical roles across the company, primarily engineers and scientists.

Requirements

- ✓Demonstrated ability to source for highly niche or ambiguous roles
- ✓Strong search strategy skills across multiple channels
- ✓Ability to engage and build relationships with technical candidates
- ✓Highly organized with ability to own sourcing efforts end-to-end
- ✓Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments
- ✓High integrity and strong professional judgment
