About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, product-driven Senior iOS Engineer to join our ambitious and growing team at Numan. In this role, you will help shape the next generation of Numan’s digital health products, influencing both the technical direction and product experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take ownership of iOS architecture, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.
- →Lead the design and development of new features across the Numan app ecosystem, delivering high-quality, user-focused experiences.
- →Mentor and coach mid-level and junior engineers, helping the team grow their technical skills and adopt best practices.
- →Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to shape product strategy and influence technical trade-offs.
- →Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to maintain a cutting-edge iOS platform.
- →Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews, automated testing, and adherence to engineering standards.
Requirements
- ✓A proactive engineer who thrives in fast-moving, high-impact environments and takes ownership from conception to delivery.
- ✓A track record of delivering production-grade iOS apps, ideally with experience in scaling apps and handling complex architectures.
- ✓Strong experience with Swift and the iOS ecosystem, including frameworks, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- ✓A proactive approach and knowledge of best practices in code, testing, and app performance, with a strong attention to detail.
- ✓Previous experience mentoring, knowledge sharing, and helping shape the team’s engineering culture.
- ✓A passion about building products that meaningfully improve people’s lives through digital health.
