About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager for Annotation Systems to join Obvio AI, a company deploying solar-powered, AI-assisted cameras to enforce traffic laws and improve road safety. This role involves leading cross-functional delivery of infrastructure and workflows for human-in-the-loop enforcement systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and monitor technical dashboards for pipeline throughput, latency, and system-level SLAs
- →Develop and update SOPs for annotators, improving overall performance and driving new product launches
- →Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of annotation features from scoping to deployment
- →Design and implement technical logic for automated QA workflows
- →Define product requirements for internal annotation tools
- →Ensure review workflows meet data privacy standards
- →Coordinate across multiple timezones effectively
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs, specifically focused on data pipelines, human-in-the-loop workflows, or machine learning operations
- ✓Strong technical literacy with SQL and data visualization tools
- ✓Experience designing and scaling QA frameworks
- ✓Ability to translate legal/safety requirements into technical specs and SOPs
- ✓Experience in a high-stakes, security-conscious field with PII handling
