About the Role
We are looking for an English-French Solutions Engineer to join our remote-first team at Octopus Deploy. This role involves working with customers as their trusted advisor on their technical journey with continuous delivery at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build or update technical assets like Octopus Deploy projects that deploy applications to Tomcat on EC2 instances or containerized applications to a Kubernetes cluster using Helm.
- →Work with your account team to discover technical challenges and business goals, and prepare demos to showcase the value of Octopus Deploy.
- →Deliver demos for prospective customers and discuss their technical questions.
- →Provide guidance to customers conducting a Proof of Value with Octopus Deploy.
- →Educate customers on the value of Octopus Deploy through blogs, guides, talks, webinars, and events.
Requirements
- ✓Fluent in both English and French (reading, writing, and speaking) at a business level.
- ✓Personable, polite, and positive demeanor.
- ✓Mix of technical skills and expertise in development, release management, operations, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native technologies.
- ✓Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and have configured and used CI/CD tools.
- ✓Comfortable communicating with customers, carrying technical conversations, and delivering compelling value-based demos.
- ✓Willingness to learn the latest technologies.
