About the Role

We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join Odyssey, a company that partners with state agencies to design, launch, and operate Education Savings Account (ESA) and grant programs. This role is at the forefront of ensuring that the Odyssey platform provides quantifiable value to customers and users, with a focus on smooth and efficient implementations that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

→Deploy Odyssey products to customers, ensuring successful completion of contractual requirements and go-live milestones
→Become a trusted advisor to State stakeholders, leading them through the deployment process
→Lead meetings and project plans with State stakeholders to help shape the future of the Odyssey platform
→Accomplish and exceed agreed upon goals with customers to ensure contract renewal and positive case studies
→Collaboratively partner with all Odyssey teams to provide value to your portfolio of customers
→Work with the product team to understand customer pain points
→Lead the development and execution of implementation timelines
→Ensure customers are deployed in a scalable, performant way

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in an implementation or customer success role
✓Experience working in an early stage SaaS startup environment
✓Strong technical acumen and understanding of how to deploy technical systems
✓High degree of empathy and ability to understand the perspective of customers and end users
✓Owner mindset, strong sense of accountability, and creative problem solver
✓Analytical mindset with the ability to use SQL and/or advanced excel techniques to investigate data
✓Experience working with government agencies is a plus
✓Prior military experience is a plus
