About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join Odyssey, a company that partners with state agencies to design, launch, and operate Education Savings Account (ESA) and grant programs. This role involves driving customer outcomes from onboarding through long-term success, managing stakeholder relationships, and executing deployment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure every customer sees Odyssey as an indispensable partner
- →Own and execute projects across new and existing customers
- →Build strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders
- →Contribute to a scalable deployment playbook
- →Proactively surface risks and flag blockers early
Requirements
- ✓1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, or customer success
- ✓Excellent communicator who can translate complex plans into clear messaging
- ✓Experience with SQL, Excel, or similar tools
- ✓Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
