Purpose of your role 
The Global Cards Product Manager is responsible for defining, building, and scaling OFXβs card products across global markets (APAC, EMEA, and North America). This role owns the cards product end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap through to delivery, launch, and ongoing optimisation.
The role combines deep card domain expertise with strong product management capability, working closely with Engineering, Design (UI/UX), Operations, Legal and external partners (e.g. Visa, card processors) to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences across both B2B and B2C use cases.
What you do
Product Ownership
β’ Own the end-to-end cards product lifecycle (strategy β roadmap β build β launch β optimisation)
β’ Define and prioritise the product roadmap based on client needs, commercial opportunities, and regulatory requirements
β’ Make clear trade-off decisions on what to build and why
β’ Work closely with Engineering teams (backlog, prioritisation, delivery)Customer & Use Case Development
β’ Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand real-world use cases across B2B and B2C
β’ Define and evolve product capabilities such as cashback, rewards, expense management, and card controls
β’ Drive development and adoption of features including receipt and invoice uploads, expense capture, and transaction visibility
β’ Ensure product decisions are grounded in customer value and usabilityUX & Experience Ownership
β’ Partner with UI/UX and Design teams to create intuitive, high-quality card experiences
β’ Ensure seamless user journeys across card issuance, activation, usage, and management
β’ Optimise flows such as expense submission, receipt uploads, and controls
β’ Continuously improve the experience based on user feedback and dataScheme & Partner Integration
β’ Own relationships with card schemes (e.g. Visa), processors, and vendors
β’ Ensure product capabilities align with scheme requirements and constraints
β’ Work with partners to enable new features and capabilities
β’ Contribute to commercial discussions (pricing, incentives, interchange structures)Program Delivery & Execution
β’ Own delivery of card programs across APAC, EMEA, and North America
β’ Lead and oversee key documentation including:
β’   CIQs (Card Issuer Questionnaires)
β’   PRDs (Product Requirements Documents)
β’   Scheme onboarding and compliance artefacts
β’ Work closely with Engineering to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
β’ Manage dependencies across Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and LegalPerformance & Optimisation
β’ Partner with Marketing to define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches
β’ Define and track product success metrics (adoption, usage, retention, revenue drivers)
β’ Analyse product performance to identify opportunities to improve experience, growth, and unit economics
