About the Role
We are looking for an AI Operations Lead to join Okta. In this mission-critical role, you will serve as the central source of truth for all AI flows across the company, ensuring compliance and understanding of data usage in our AI ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish and oversee the enterprise-wide AI Asset Library
- →Act as a strategic liaison between Legal, Engineering, and Sales
- →Map and document the entire lifecycle of data for AI
- →Design and execute operational workflows to assess privacy, ethical, and legal risks
- →Maintain and evolve procurement processes for AI tools
- →Conduct deep-dive operational audits of vendor AI capabilities
- →Translate governance into actionable playbooks
- →Ensure consistent AI messaging globally
- →Navigate complex stakeholder interests
- →Provide data maps and asset intelligence for incident response
Requirements
- ✓AI Fluency & Technical Intuition
- ✓5+ years of experience in Operations, Privacy Ops, or Program Management
- ✓Expert Knowledge of SaaS Ecosystems
- ✓Privacy-First Mindset with experience in privacy frameworks
- ✓Masterful Communication
