About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Okta, The World’s Identity Company. This role focuses on helping our customers on their Identity journey by providing thought leadership and strategic problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop roadmaps and strategies to accelerate customers' strategic direction
- →Take ownership of your Book of Business, mitigate churn risk, and identify growth opportunities
- →Conduct regular research on industry trends and customer needs to develop thought leadership
- →Create strategic success plans aligned with the customers goals
- →Build strong relationships through effective communication with customers and stakeholders
- →Identify and solve customer problems efficiently by proactively addressing potential issues
- →Work effectively with cross-functional teams to better assist customers
- →Build and maintain executive relationships with key decision-makers
- →Have a deep understanding of Okta's products and services to provide customers with insights and direction
Requirements
- ✓Experience in customer success management, ideally working with customers to drive adoption of a technical platform or solution
- ✓Customer-centric and proactive team player focused on driving customer loyalty and adoption
- ✓Success in working in and navigating enterprise environments
- ✓Experienced in driving product adoption and expansion
- ✓Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers and projects
- ✓Ability to take on feedback, be willing to learn new things, and align to Okta core values
- ✓Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities, and meet deadlines
